Y Fossils, Habitats and You

Tues, Mar 16 or Thurs, Mar 18

There are gazillions of fossils out there but they’re not all T. rex. In fact most fossils come from small invertebrate animals, which is a good thing because fossils point us to the habitat the critters lived in. Scan our sample site tables, learn about a lot of animals, deduce the habitat and then have a chance to pick through a crushed rock sample to recover your own fossils.
